Lifestyle Coaching

Making lifestyle changes and/or healing your body are a part of your journey. If you want to save time, money, and frustration through this journey, lifestyle coaching can help you do just that. Lifestyle coaching is an ongoing partnership between client and coach designed to assist you in making appropriate and lasting lifestyle changes, as well as to address any acute and/or chronic conditions.

Coaching sessions can:

  • Assess your readiness for change
  • Identify challenges in your wellness journey
  • Define measurable goals and objectives
  • Establish your vision for your success
  • Inspire you to ask, “What’s Next?” in your journey
  • Create a wellness foundation for lifestyle changes
  • Develop pro-active responses to stressors
  • Connect the mind/body/spirit concepts of wellness

The coaching relationship is one of encouragement and support. Direct and open communication about your journey sets the tone for a partnership in your wellness plan. Practical and insightful strategies are developed based upon what you need and want in your stage of success.

While psychologists and therapists help clients understand how the past is influencing the present, coaches focus on the present and help the client move towards the future. Coaches do not make diagnoses and may recommend that clients seek a psychologist or therapist for treatment, if appropriate.
