individuals in reclaiming the natural energy your body contains.
Fundamentals of stress reduction, finding your natural energy level,
and learning successful strategies in elevating mood and energy are
the key components participants will discover.
Leading scientists in the study of natural health
are proclaiming that the benefits of daily laughter assist in
alleviating the impact of stress on the body. In this program, an
introduction to therapeutic laughter is offered to learn the
physiological benefits of simulated laughter exercises. Laughing is
equated to a low-impact aerobic exercise so it is heart-healthy!
Sprinkled with heavy doses of laughter, this program explores how
even the most serious-minded can gain value in creating “aha”
moments from “ha-ha” experiences.
